If you are still on Windows 10 and excited to upgrade your computer check if your PC is eligible for Windows 11 free upgrade. Windows 11 is a free upgrade for eligible Windows 10 users and official Windows 11 ISO images are available for download you can get it from here.
Microsoft has also published direct download links for Windows 11 KB5031354 offline installers. Installing Windows 11 KB5031354 enables access to Moment 4 features but it remains optional until you turn on the “Get the latest updates as soon as they’re available” toggle in Settings.
This is part of the October 2023 patch Tuesday update which includes various bug fixes and general quality improvements. Also, there is a new KB5031358 (OS Build 22000.2538) available for Windows 11 version 21H2 as well. Today Microsoft has released a new update KB5031354 OS Build 22621.2428 for its latest Windows 11 22H2 operating system.
